The One-on-One Mentoring program serves youth ages 14-21 who are committed to the Connecticut Department of Children & Families. Mentors provide guidance, serve as role models, and help youth access resources. They see their mentees at least three times a month and receive calls weekly. We ask for a one-year commitment, but ideally the relationships evolve into permanent, life long friendships.
