It can be overwhelming and challenging for children who are navigating the foster care system, especially when they have experienced multiple placements and are struggling with complex behavioral, emotional, physical and mental health issues. The Village’s Family and Community Ties Foster Care program recognizes that these children need the stability of a consistent, nurturing placement and clinical and collaborative interventions.
As a clinical case manager in this program, Jessica Radcliff helps provide these children with intensive home and community-based clinical treatment focused on trauma recovery with case management services at 24/7 support. In addition to directly supporting children and foster families, Jessica assists with care coordination among service providers, educational and after-school programming, and crisis management.
Jessica has experience as a family support worker in Springfield, MA and is currently working on her Master’s degree to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
