The Village has been selected as one of The Hartford Courant and FOXCT Top Workplaces, one of only four social service agencies selected, and one of only 20 employers to receive the award three consecutive years.
“We are grateful for all that our employees do to fulfill our mission,” said Turkessa Antrum, vice president of human resources. “We remain committed to working on initiatives that create a positive work environment here at The Village.”
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
