REACH Program

Our REACH (Recovery, Engagement, Access, Coaching, Healing) program provides you with support to enhance your recovery journey and develop a safe support network.

Our team of recovery navigators use personal knowledge of the recovery community to guide you on your journey while supporting your goals. We provide recovery coaching and support, connect you to educational and community resources, advocate on your behalf and work with you and your health care providers to help coordinate treatment.

Our women’s recovery navigators are women who provide these services to women who are pregnant and/or parenting and have substance use or co-occurring disorders. Family recovery navigators provide these services to LGBTQ+ parents, single fathers and primary caregiving family members as they enter and sustain recovery from substance use or co-occurring disorders.

The recovery navigators support women and birthing individuals and work with health care providers to develop a Family Care Plan to address:

  • Physical and behavioral health
  • Infant health and development
  • Parenting and family support

This program is funded by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). To learn more about the program, click here.
