Our Women’s REACH (Recovery, Engagement, Access, Coaching, Healing) Program is designed to provide outreach, engagement, case management, recovery coaching, community connections to treatment, and recovery support resources to women, especially those who are pregnant or parenting.
Our team consists of three female Recovery Navigators who help connect women to services aimed at enhancing their recovery journey and supporting their goals as they develop a safe support network. Specifically, these Navigators help women and their health care providers in developing a Plan of Safe Care, covering physical health, behavioral health, infant health and development, and parenting/family support.
The Women’s REACH Program is open to women, especially those who are pregnant or parenting, who are struggling with substance use or co-occurring disorders (such as depression or bipolar disorder) living in DMHAS Region 4.*
