The North Hartford Ascend Pipeline (Ascend) is a “cradle to career” effort in collaboration with Connecticut Children’s, local care providers and community-based organizations that’s committed to helping children and families in North Hartford access supportive, critical resources to reach their full potential.
Ascend Family Navigators work to enhance North Hartford families’ academic, health and life outcomes by guiding them to resources and services to meet their needs and help them thrive, including:
- Support with basic needs
- Mental and physical health services
- Financial empowerment tools
- Early childhood programs
