Elaine is Senior Vice President of Operations for Personal Insurance (PI), responsible for leading Operations in support of PI’s business strategies to perform and transform, as well as collaborating with Enterprise Operations leadership to advance the global operations strategy. She is also responsible for leading the Intuitive Servicing organization and driving investment in capabilities that support delivery of our industry-leading experiences.

Prior to this role, Elaine was Vice President of Product Management for the East Region and State Product and Regulatory Services and Chief Underwriting Officer for PI, responsible for the National Productorganization. With more than 30 years of experience at Travelers, Elaine has held leadership roles in the field and home office leading distribution channels, operations, national product, and state pricing.

Elaine earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Travelers Military/Veterans & Allies and Women & Allies Diversity Networks. In the community, Elaine is a member of United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council and a board member for Channel 3 Kids Camp and past board member of the Ben Bronz Academy.
