John is a member of Cohn Reznick’s Private Client Services group and brings more than 33 years of experience advising healthcare organizations and medical practices on compensation structures, buy/sell agreements, business valuations, profitability analysis, and strategic planning initiatives. Using a hands-on, partner-led approach, he provides tax planning and preparation, strategic business planning, state and local tax guidance, financial statement preparation, and other advisory services to help business owners and entrepreneurs manage and grow their companies. John also works closely with privately held businesses to position their organizations for mergers, acquisitions, or sales.

He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, recognizing CPAs with extensive expertise in business valuation. In addition to his professional work, John is actively involved in the community, serving as a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for Wellmore, Inc., a Board Member of the Connecticut Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a Board Member of the Waterbury Chamber Healthcare Council.
