Be a Part
of History!

The Village’s campus at 1680 Albany Avenue started as an orphanage 100 years ago. Today, it is central to addressing the state’s mental health crisis, helping as many as 60 children and adolescents each day. With its ability to help youth with varying levels of acuity and needs — including walk-in, outpatient, and short and long-term residential mental health treatment — there is no other facility of its kind in Connecticut.

To continue this vital work, we have launched a Centennial Campus Transformation Campaign. We need your support to ensure that every child who spends time at The Village, whether it’s for a few hours after school each day or 24/7 for six months, has the safest and most nurturing environment possible.

If you are interested in making a pledge of $1,000 or more over three years, please contact Sarah Adanti at (860) 297-0545 or [email protected].

Your support, in any amount, will help:

Remodel 100-year-old residential buildings with new kitchens and cozy bedrooms that provide children with a place to rest and heal.

Create a therapeutic recreational space with a playground, ball fields, and walking trails so that children can focus on just being a kid.

If you are interested in making a pledge of $1,000 or more over three years, please contact Sarah Adanti at (860) 297-0545 or [email protected].

Gifts of $1,000 or more will be memorialized with a special engraved brick at the entrance of our historic campus, serving as a reminder of your generosity as our mission continues through the next 100 years.
