Mr. Paolino is a highly respected government relations and public policy professional with more than three decades of experience representing businesses, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and trade associations before the Connecticut General Assembly and state administrative agencies. As a principal at Levin, Paolino & Christ Government Affairs, he is recognized for his strategic counsel, bipartisan relationships, and deep understanding of Connecticut’s legislative and regulatory environment.

Throughout his career, Mr. Paolino has advised organizations on legislative strategy, public policy initiatives, political resource management, and stakeholder engagement. He has developed particular expertise in representing business and community interests, helping organizations effectively communicate policy priorities and navigate complex governmental processes. His work has spanned a broad range of industries and issue areas, including economic development, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, banking, workforce development, higher education, environmental policy, housing, tourism, energy, and technology.

Mr. Paolino has successfully advocated on issues involving business and job incentives, brownfields redevelopment, healthcare systems, occupational licensing, labor costs, contract procurement, water resources, capital investment and business relocation initiatives throughout Connecticut. He is also a frequent participant in statewide policy coalitions and regularly speaks before organizations and community groups on legislative and political matters. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Paolino is deeply committed to civic leadership and community service. He currently serves on the Economic Development Commission in his hometown of Middlebury, Connecticut, and serves on the boards of directors of Wellmore Behavioral Health and Jane Doe No More. He is also a former board member and current Connecticut Trustee of The Big E. Earlier in his career, he served on the White House Conference on Small Business Advisory Board and advised the Connecticut Delegation to the Congressional Small Business Summits in 1998, 2000, 2002, and 2004.
