Richard M. Kaplan, Esq.*

Richard recently retired from Raytheon Technologies as Vice President and Associate General Counsel and continues his relationship with the Company as a consultant. Rich led the practice group in the Legal Department at Raytheon (formerly UTC) with responsibilities for legal issues related to pensions and investments, benefits, compensation and related issues in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Rich has served on the Boards of United Way, the UConn Law School Foundation and the Wadsworth Board of Electors.

Rich received his undergraduate degree in Psychology with distinction from the University of Rochester and his J.D. with distinction from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He, and his wife Cathy, reside in West Hartford. Their daughter and son live outside of New York City.
