New Walk-In Healthcare Station in Hartford

June 20, 2024

On this month’s episode of Lunch Break With The Village and we learned about our new OnMed Care Station, a walk-in, primary and urgent care resource at our South End location in Hartford (331 Wethersfield Avenue) that’s bridging the gap to healthcare access.

We learned:

  • Why the care station is vital for Hartford residents
  • How the care station can address 85% of primary care concerns
  • How patients are instantly connected to a licensed clinical professional (no out-of-pocket cost or appointment needed!)

Our guests will be Hartford HealthCare Chief Integration Officer Debra Hayes and Village Chief Administrative Officer Victor De La Paz. We’re proud to partner with Hartford HealthCare and OnMed to offer this new resource to our community!
