Our program provides treatment and support for young adults aged 17-26, who are facing behavioral health challenges and recent justice involvement, to enhance their wellbeing and reduce the likelihood of re-arrest. Treatment lasts for 6-12 months and involves a therapist and coach, with therapists available 24/7 for emergencies.
Services include:
- Behavioral health treatment for mood, anxiety, substance use and other disorders
- Medical and psychiatric care coordination
- Improving housing and independent living skills
- Guidance in creating a supportive social network
- Support with education and career goals
- Increase conflict resolution and coping skills
- Teaching parenting skills (if applicable)
