Our Latino Outreach program provides adults and families who are facing substance use challenges with a range of recovery and support services, while also working to reduce stigma around substance use challenges in the community.
Case managers will meet you and/or your family where you are in your recovery journey to provide guidance, resources and case management services and help you get connected to recovery support and treatment services.
Our multidisciplinary team consists of psychiatrists, APRNs, psychologists and clinicians will work with you and your child to achieve the progress and change you are looking for and to tackle life's challenges.
Our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program offers comprehensive support to help you overcome addiction and set your path to a better life.
