Linking Youth to Natural Communities (LYNC) is a center-based program for court-involved youth and their families. Clinicians work with youth to make sustainable behavioral changes by providing an array of evidence-based and evidence-informed services that promote skill-building opportunities and connections to community supports.
Services include:
- Comprehensive assessment
- Crisis stabilization and brief individual therapy
- Case management
- Multi-family groups, family therapy and family activities
- Skill-building groups
- Educational and vocational supports
- Fun family activities
