Vernon ROCKS Coalition

The Vernon ROCKS Coalition is a collaboration of community stakeholders, parents, youth, and volunteers who focus on preventing the use of drugs and alcohol in Vernon’s youth by promoting protective factors and decreasing risk factors that contribute to substance use. The Village also partners with the Town of Manchester through a Partnerships for Success grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
