Join us on Facebook Live on Thursday, October 10 at noon for an episode of Lunch Break With The Village focused on Black Men and Boys’ Mental Health and learn about some of the unique challenges that Black men and youth face today and the importance of fostering mental well-being.

We’ll discuss:

  • Importance of culturally competent care
  • Historical racism and stigma
  • Common barriers to Black males accessing support
  • Impact of mentorship and peer support
  • Normalizing conversations on mental health among Black men

Our guests will be: Abdul-Rahmaan Muhammad, Founder and Executive Director of My People Clinical Services and Tetrick Stonar, Village Residential Supervisor.
