Linking Youth to Natural Communities (LYNC)

Linking Youth to Natural Communities (LYNC) is a center-based program for court-involved youth and their families. Clinicians work with youth to make sustainable behavioral changes by providing an array of evidence-based and evidence-informed services that promote skill-building opportunities and connections to community supports.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Crisis stabilization and brief individual therapy
  • Case management
  • Multi-family groups, family therapy and family activities
  • Skill-building groups
  • Educational and vocational supports
  • Fun family activities

This program is funded by the Connecticut Judicial Branch – Court Support Services Division.
