Integrated Care

The Village’s Integrated Care program collaborated with 14 pediatrics practices throughout Connecticut to provide high-quality in-person and telehealth behavioral health services to more than 500 clients referred by those practices. The Village’s integrated services program partnered with pediatricians to serve clients’ needs seamlessly.

While traditional services treat medical and behavioral issues as separate and different, integrated care treats the whole person with a single, unified treatment plan. It connects primary medical care and behavioral health services to provide the best, most comprehensive support available. 

During the past year, The Village’s Integrated Care program collaborated with 14 pediatrics practices throughout Connecticut to provide high-quality in-person and telehealth behavioral health services to more than 500 clients referred by those practices. The Village’s integrated services program partnered with pediatricians to serve clients’ needs seamlessly. 

Even though there was a lot of stress on the kids, we were able to provide for them right away...we found a way to service a lot more kids.
