Rosa had no choice but to leave her native country when she was seven months pregnant. When she and her children arrived in Connecticut with nothing to their name, The Village was there to guide them to the array of support they needed to get back on their feet. Without that help, Rosa says she doesn’t know where she would be today.
“We had to leave our country and arrive here with nothing. I don’t know where I would have been without The Village.”
