Parenting During and After Divorce (KIDSAFE)

KIDSAFE’s Parenting During and After Divorce classes educate and train parents on how to help children adjust in a healthy way to divorce or living apart from a parent. Classes includes information about children’s developmental stages, helping children adjust to parent separation, cooperative parenting, conflict management and dispute resolution techniques, guidelines for scheduling parent access and stress reduction for children.

KIDSAFE CT is dedicated to the early intervention, prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. An affiliate of The Village for Families & Children, KIDSAFE is a part of a network of centers established by the National Exchange Club Foundation for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
